Choral fans have a lighthearted culinary treat in store tonight at Chapel Hill's University United Methodist Church, when the Chapel Hill Community Chorus' Summer Chorus presents "La Bonne Cuisine." Sue Klausmeyer directs the program, which includes John Rutter's "Banquet Fugue" and "Food, Glorious Food" from "Oliver!" Guest soloist Florence Peacock is on hand for Leonard Bernstein's "Four Recipes," in which she sings the ingredients and preparations for plum pudding, among other goodies. Pianist Frank Pittman, bassist Martin Stam, and drummer Stephen Coffman assist.
