Back in August, the Broughton soccer team was en route to a game in the Brittany Memorial event in Wilson when its bus wouldn't start after making a fuel stop.

The Broughton players pushed the bus to clear the pumps, but the team was stranded.

Coach Izzy Hernandez went to the highway and flagged down another team headed to The Brittany.

The bus stopped and the Broughton players piled on for the short trip to the field.
